BACKGROUND

  • The original founding company, Shobane Projects, was formed during 2013. Shobane Projects is based in Rustenburg and Johannesburg and it is 100% black owned.
  • Since the introduction of the mining and construction charter, Shobane Projects had investigated various options of partaking in the mining industry. The role played has largely been an advisory and consulting roles to BEE companies such as Mvelo Mining and Construction and Masedi Trading, Jicama 51 Group Companies and Mogro Mining, plus minerals processing optimisation consulting to Hermanus Consulting
  • Other minor projects have been renovation projects including work at a school Ramaphosa in the East rand at the beginning of 2012
  • Shobane Projects is an agent of Yellow Star foundry for the distribution and after-sales service of grinding media.
